First Stop-Second Chance
“Combining compassion, technology, and a holistic and integrated approach to match, manage, and monitor community, state, and federal resources to reduce recidivism.”
Reentry-Resources-Recovery
The underlying power in creating a Second-Chance is our powerful, interactive TIPS software program and integrated database. This controlled access, Total Integrated PIP Sysyem and databases is open to services providers and employers online, is searchable, but more importantly, it makes possible the Matching, Managing, and Monitoring of the reentry and transition process for previously incarcerated persons. Further, it provides accurate and timely information about appropriateness, availability, and access to services used in our Transition Action Plans.
In addition, TIPS' built-in quality control feature gives preference to FSSC certified providers and organizations. This unique software program also enables the employer to post job opportunities, and search for reentry applicant matches.
Because we firmly believe a service provider list is not enough, FSSC offers a new and integrated approach to reentry. You will discover our interactive software program is specifically designed to create individual Transaction Action Plans which tap into community resources while monitoring the quality and effectiveness of service providers in reducing criminal recidivism.
Further, the ADOC and law enforcement agencies will have 24/7 access to monitor the progress of previously incarcerated persons under their charge.
