Meet the First Stop-Second Chance Board Since I have been doing prison ministries for the past 3 years, I have seen many men and women leave prison who truly want to have a second chance in life with a legitimate job to support their family. With God's inspiration and intervention, I am determined to make a difference. Jack practices law in Birmingham, focusing in the areas of estate planning, general business and non-profit law. Jack earned his law degree from Tulane University Law School. He obtained a B.A. from the University of Alabama, majoring in Spanish and history. Jack is an active member of his church and volunteers with several charities, including the Birmingham Bar Association's Public Service Committee and Habitat for Humanity. Jeremiah brings a unique perspective to the Board, his collegian and professional football careers speak for themselves, however, Jeremiah now speaks for the Lord through the Jeremiah Castille Ministries, a non-profit foundation founded in 2001. As its President, Jeremiah spends his time reaching out to inner city youths and University of Alabama students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through sports, mentoring, and disciplining. John O'Malley is a nationally recognized author, consultant, trainer, motivational speaker and president of Strategic Visions, a business consulting and training company. He is also a principal and cofounder of Law Enforcement Support Systems, LLC. His expertise is re-engineering mindsets to improve performance, productivity, and profitability with a special focus in healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and law enforcement.
