I have been doing prison ministries since 2007, and seen many men and women leave prison who truly want to have a second chance in life with a legitimate job to support their family. With God's inspiration and intervention, I am determined to make a difference in the lives of the perviously incarcerated who want to turn their life around.

John O'Malley is a nationally recognized author, consultant, trainer, motivational speaker and president of Strategic Visions, a business consulting and training company. His expertise is re-engineering mindsets to improve performance, productivity, and profitability with a special focus in healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and law enforcement. 

John serves on several boards and is active in crime prevention and changes lives. He is the founder of National Patient Recognition Week/Day and a patient safety advocate. www.nprw.com.

John H. Sellers, a University of Montevallo graduate with a degree in Biology. Retired now, his career in the financial/mortgage industry includes senior management positions at BancBoston Mortgage Corporation, AmSouth Mortgage Corporation, and J.P. Morgan Chase Mortgage Corporation. In addition, John is a Certified Work Place Trainer for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University.

John is active in community affairs, and currently serves on many Boards, including Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Greater Birmingham, University of Alabama First and Ten Club, Visitors for the University of Alabama, Vettes for Vets, and First Stop-Second Chance.

John is also active in State politics and is an Executive Member of the Jefferson County Republican Party and the State of Alabama Republican Party.
